In order to track, evaluate, test our player’s progress and continue to hold them accountable, our coaching staff at Legacy Prep records every workout, practice and game throughout the season. Our video technology is an invaluable tool that enables us to provide our student-athletes with visual proof of their play on the court, allowing us to track their development over time, focus on specific moves, and show them exactly what they are doing - both good and bad. Our personalized video lessons with our student-athletes give us the ability to review the film with them, providing them with written notes which pinpoint those specific areas that need work and that can immediately improve their on-court efficiency. Our video analysis program is a crucial component to building a competitive edge, including instant video replay, more effective practices, scouting upcoming opponents, injury prevention, and breaking down game film.
